An authentic replica of on old Vermont farmhouse, this unfinished wood kit comes complete with everything you need to finish as shown. With an ample seven rooms, it includes shingles, staircase, assembled railings, front door (with interior trim), porch posts, durable gingerbread trim, raised-panel shutters and cute window flower boxes. As a bonus, the hardwood flooring is pre-installed. High ceilings, hallmarks of the finest homes, are a full 9 in. The kit s sturdy construction features 3/8 in. thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly and durability. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is ready to paint, and engineered parts are pre-cut to really work. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included. Assembly required. Kit does not include wallpaper, interior doors or moldings, stair rails, spindles, paint, glue or accessories. Not intended for children 12 years of age and younger.
